I am into learning top down shooters and would like to study how you implemented the cool animations with the art for the swinging blade and the barrels, enemies :)
Its all done badly and with junk code that i try to redo.

No its windows 7 enterprise 64-bit and also i have the same error with your other game shuriken sheriff
They both are made on game maker studio 2, so that sort of error can only be some sort of gms bug(it became weird recently). Try running gms2 games from other developers.
